2.0 Outstanding Document Report Listing

2.1 Landing Page of Outstanding Document Report Listing

Entity Code, Entity Name, Doc No, Txn Date, Doc Type, Company, Age, Currency, ARAP Doc Open, ARAP Contra and ARAP Balance. We can also search for them.

2.2 View Outstanding Document

After clicking on any row we can view View Outstanding Document page.

There are Details tab, account tab, Line Items tab, Delivery Details tab, Settlement tab, Department tab, Contra tab and doc link tab in the View Outstanding Document page.

2.2.1 Details Page of View Outstanding Document

The Details Page Shows Company, Branch, Doc Type, Doc No, Transaction Date, Due Date, Age (Days), Currency, ARAP Doc Open, ARAP Contra and ARAP Balance with the Created By, Last Modified By, Creation Date and last Modified Date. Click Print to print the Details.

2.2.2 Account Page of View Outstanding Document

Account page has 3 tabs which are Entity Details, Bill to and ship to.

2.2.2.1 Entity Details of Account

This Page shows the Entity Details which consist of Entity Id, Entity Name, Status, Entity Type, Identity Type, Id Number, Currency, GL Code, Description, Email and Phone number.

The mandatory fields has (*) sign.

2.2.2.2 Bill To of Account

This Page shows the Address of Bill to, which consist of Name, Email, Phone Number, Billing Address, City, Postcode, State, and Country.

2.2.2.3 Ship To of Account

This Page shows the Address of Ship to, which consist of Receipt Name, Email, Phone Number, Shipping Address, City, Postcode, State, and Country.

2.2.3 Line Items of View Outstanding Document

This Page shows the Item Code, Item Name, UOM, Unit Price, SST/VAT/GST and Txn Amount

2.2.3.1 Item Details of Line Items

Double click on any row to see the item list.

2.2.3.1.1 Main Details of Item Details

This Page shows the Item Code, Item Name, UOM, Quantity Base, Quantity by UOM, UOM to Base Ratio, Unit Price by UOM, Unit Discount by UOM, Unit Price, Unit Discount, Discount Amount, STD Amount (Unit Price x Quantity), Net Amount (STD Amount - Discount Amount), Tax Code, SST/GST/VAT, Tax Amount, Net Amount (SST/GST/VAT x Net Amount), WHT Code, WHT, WHT Amount, Txn Amount and Remarks.
