The system configuration allows the user to adjust various view settings as below

Printable Format Settings
Under the Application Settings, the users can adjust some certain fields/information that they wanna view
The Default Selection allows to set some default values for the default branch, location, validity and pricing scheme
The Printable Format displays the available and previously created printable formats for the Purchase Orders in a tabular format. It also allows the users to create a new printable format as per their requirements.
