5.0 Sales Invoice Template

When going into Sales Invoice Template Listing, it will show all the sales invoice templates that are created. Users can click on the “+” button to start creating a new sales invoice template.

5.1 Main Details

Main Details

After clicking the “+” button, it will bring the users to create the sales invoice template. In Main Details tab, there are a few fields that are needed to be filled by users which consist of:

  1. Template Code

  2. Template Name

  3. Description

  4. Reference

  5. Remarks

  6. Currency

  7. Can be chosen from the drop down menu

Users can click on the “create” button after finishing all the fields, or “reset” button to clear all the information filled.

5.2 Lines

When going into Lines Tab, users can click on the “+” button to start selecting the item to be added to the sales invoice template.

You can either manually search for the item by scrolling down, or go to the search bar and search for the item code or serial number to add the item into the sales invoice template.

After clicking on the selected item, it will prompt you to another page which gives the information of the item selected.

In the Main Details tab, there are plenty of fields that are needed to be filled by users:

  1. Item Code

  2. Item Name

  3. Unit Price STD (Exclusive of Tax)

  4. Unit Price STD (Inclusive of Tax)

  5. Unit Discount

  6. Quantity Base

  7. Quantity by UOM

  8. UOM to Base Ratio

  9. Unit Price by UOM (Exclusive of Tax)

  10. Unit Price STD by UOM (Inclusive of Tax)

  11. Unit Discount by UOM (Exclusive of Tax)

  12. Unit Price Net by UOM (Exclusive of Tax)

  13. Unit Price Transaction by UOM (Inclusive of Tax)

  14. Unit Price Net (Exclusive of Tax)

  15. STD Amount (Unit Price x Quantity)

  16. Discount Amount (Exclusive of Tax)

  17. Amount Net (Inclusive of Tax)

  18. SST Code

  19. SST/GST/VAT

  20. Tax Amount

  21. Tariff Codes

  22. WHT Code

  23. WHT

  24. WHT Amount

  25. Unit Price Transaction (Inclusive of Tax)

  26. Txn Amount Remarks

Users can edit the item that they have selected.cNumber fields such as Unit Price, Quantity Base etc are editable and it will affect other fields automatically.

5.2.1.2 Delivery Instruction

In the Delivery Instruction:

  1. Add Instruction and Set the Delivery Date

In the Delivery Message Card

  1. Add a message with the sender and receiver:

  2. Can click on the ‘Copy from Entity Name’ or ‘Copy from Recipient Name’ for getting the setting of the Sender and Receiver

Department

There are a few fields required to be filled up in Department Tab, which are:

  1. Segment

  2. G/L Dimension

  3. Profit Centre

  4. Project

5.2.1.3 Delivery Details

Delivery Details

In the Delivery Tab, users are required to fill in the delivery details of the added item, the fields required are:

  1. Require Delivery

  2. Delivery Status

  3. Delivery Region code

  4. Delivery Region Status

  5. Delivery Logic

  6. Delivery ID

  7. Planned Delivery Date

  8. Estimate Delivery Date

  9. Actual Delivery Date

  10. Delivery PIC Name

  11. Delivery PIC Contact

  12. Requested Delivery Date

  13. Delivery Remarks

After filling in all the information required, press the “add” button to add the item selected to the sales invoice template.
